As a mother of three sons, two of whom are on the autism spectrum, this mission is deeply personal. I experience firsthand both the challenges and the incredible strengths that individuals on the spectrum bring to the world. Many thrive in environments built around structure, consistency, and routine—bringing focus, reliability, honesty, and strong attention to detail.

CNJ Vending is designed with those strengths in mind. The long-term vision is to build a business that provides structured, supportive opportunities where neurodivergent individuals can gain confidence, develop skills, and move toward greater independence.

Today, CNJ Vending focuses on delivering high-quality, fully managed vending solutions at zero cost to our partners—helping businesses create more convenient, enjoyable environments for their employees, clients, and communities.
